Roofing Maintenance

WHAT IS ROOFING MAINTENANCE?

We are only one of a few Roofing Companies in East Texas to develop a ROOFING MAINTENANCE program for our customers. Ideally, commercial roofs should be inspected after severe weather storms as well as at least once a year. Severe weather includes both the winter cold, tornadoes, high straight line winds, hail, and extreme record heat. Both extremes can weather and damage roofs, so it is a good idea to inspect after an occurrence.

why choose roofing maintenance?

Roof maintenance is critical to preventing problems and keeping the roof in watertight condition. Early identification and repair of problems will help extend the life of your roof system. Roof maintenance plan is cost savings by keeping smaller issues at bay and avoiding unplanned repairs. The peace of mind that your roof is inspected at least yearly and backed by a partner who cares.

Maintenance will prolong the life of any roof — even the best of them. Proper roof maintenance inspections will also catch any issues before more damage can be done, with the example of loose or missing shingles. It’s important to perform inspections at least twice a year, preferably at the end of winter and right after summer, when roofs have passed through the periods of severest stress. Also do conduct additional inspections immediately after unusual occurrences such as extremely heavy rains, high winds, hail, nearby fires, explosions, etc.
