Ideally, commercial roofs should be inspected after severe weather storms as well as at least once a year. Severe weather includes both the winter cold, tornadoes, high straight line winds, hail, and extreme record heat. Both extremes can weather and damage roofs, so it is a good idea to inspect after an occurrence.
